What is ISO?

ISO is the internationally recognized standard for the quality management of businesses. In a nutshell, their aim is to help improve product, process and service quality within an organization with amazing results. Ongoing research shows an increase in productivity and a reduction in wastage through streamlining work practices.

In a way, ISO 9001 acts as the initial stepping stone for an organisation wanting to improve their customer offerings, staff motivation and continually improve their business.
